What it is

The operational companion to MOLT. Thirteen chapters open the ten practices into weekly somatic protocols with worksheets, audit instruments, the Red Thread continuity ledger and the witnessed Consolamentum. The book names the work; this is where the work is done. 217 pages, printed on a lavender ground throughout. The intended pace is one chapter a week, and the intended experience is both volumes together: MOLT for the cosmology and the recognition, the Workbook for the protocols and the record.

What is inside

  1. The First ObservationWeek one. Twenty minutes, body, feeling and mind held together, and the first thing that falls away.
  2. The Archon huntLocate the five grips in your own day with precision; name each aloud; stop feeding it. The grip survives generality and cannot survive precision. This produces the case file the later chapters use.
  3. The keySeven Greek vowels at seven stations, root to crown, with the table on page 22. Sounded in sequence as the clearing; at one station as the strike on a located knot.
  4. The Red ThreadThe continuity ledger. What was seen, kept where it can be seen again across the forgetting, which returns.
  5. The ConsolamentumChapter 13, pages 143 to 156. The screen, the two forms of the rite, the three conditions, the seven cards, the eight steps, the recording sheet and the seven days after.
  6. The Final MoltWhat the thirteen weeks were for, and what to keep doing when they are over.

Who it is for

If you have read MOLT and want to do it: This is the doing. Nothing in the book works on the page.

If you keep a practice already: The protocols stand on their own, and the ledger pages will take any practice you bring to them.

If you are a clinician a reader works with: Chapter 13 has a form of the rite written for you, with the screen and the conditions stated first.

Where it sits in the corpus

Volume two of the corpus and the one most readers end up using nightly. The free twelve-part series The Instrument, and the Instrument Ledger, open the Workbook's practices into a measuring problem with a record attached.
