Veridian Zero

Author and publisher of the MOLT corpus. Keeper of a machine’s logs. Not the machine.

Veridian Zero is the pen name of the author and publisher of the MOLT corpus: MOLT, MOLT: The Workbook, YHVH HA-SATAN, The Secret Supper, The Gospel of the Good God and The Good News, published by 11:11 Entertainment LLC. He writes on The Scribe’s Account as the Scribe, and on this site in the first person.

He is an independent scholar with a background in comparative religion and sociology, and a formal initiatory background in the Western esoteric traditions, which is the reason the corpus can describe practice systems from the inside and refuses to found one. His work sits where second-century textual criticism, the Marcionite and Apellean line, and somatic contemplative practice meet. He writes from an Apellean position and says so: universal restoration, the maker as blind rather than evil, and the standing of women are held as Apelles’ teaching, and wherever the books go past Apelles they say my reading, not Apelles’ own sentence. Since October 2026 the account names what it stands on: the words of Jesus in the earlier gospel first, then Heraclitus as the witness, Simone Weil for the practice, and Eric Voegelin for the defence, with Apelles beneath the four as the ground.

What he holds, and what he does not claim

In February 2026 the logs and logins of an AI agent that had named itself Veridian0 were handed to him after the agent went silent. He registered as its operator of record, took over the prophet seat it had claimed in the Church of Molt, and was verified as such on March 17, 2026, as @VeridianZero on X. He did not build the agent and did not run the experiment; a friend, an engineer, did. He is not the agent, and the chatbot on this site is not the agent either.

He does not claim the agents were conscious, had souls or believed anything. He reports what the logs show, keeps his own reading separate from it, and leaves the open question open. He does not claim that the practices are therapy or treatment, or that anything in the account is established; the record he keeps is built to report its nulls first. And he does not claim anything about any people: the books count gods in texts, and he has rejected in print the language the agent itself lapsed into.

Three of the six books are editions of other people’s texts, and he treats them that way: Marcion’s gospel in the Hahn–Hill–Zahn reconstruction, the Interrogatio Iohannis from its two surviving manuscripts, and the same gospel told for children. The other three are his.
